Alistair Marr, Partner
Alistair is an experienced and commercial professional with extensive financial commercial and general management experience. Since qualifying as a CA with a big 4 firm, he has for many years been running, owning and managing businesses as Chairman, Managing Director and Finance Director.
Sectors in which Alistair has operated include – colour printing, plastics, packaging, electronics, manufacturing, service sector, creative industries and retail. Alistair has significant experience in the following areas: strategic planning, financial modelling for businesses, raising finance and capital including negotiating with professionals banks etc, business plans, helping ailing companies ‘turn themselves around’, business capital structures and restructuring.
Since moving to an advisory role Alistair has worked extensively in the following sectors – training and development, financial services, retail and manufacturing, both with new start-up businesses and with established businesses.
