Clerwood Legal Services – what we do
We help make businesses more secure and more valuable by offering practical and value for money commercial legal support.
Clerwood Legal Services was established to meet the needs of businesses who refuse to seek assistance from big legal firms of solicitors due to their exorbitant fees and inflexibility. We emphasise the importance of face-to-face provision of professional advice, understanding client’s business and building a long term relationship.
Particular area of expertise are: contracts and other commercial agreements, terms and conditions, intellectual property, technology law and data protection. We also excel in helping to resolve ‘issues’ which arise before business relationships are irrevocably soured and litigation is commenced.
Previous substantial experience in contracts management and procurement for large companies in the defence, engineering, electronics and nuclear industries means that our legal advice can be truly practical, targeted and commercially realistic.
