David is an “Agent of Change” and the Creator and Founder of the Global Award Winning Enabler “Performance Change Programme “ROOTS SHOOTS FRUITS”.

David is a Master in listening and patterning language structure and the effects it has on individual’s teams, on their performance, regardless of where they are at present.

Prior to establishing “ROOTS SHOOTS FRUITS”, David has been both an employee and a Co Owner of a Multi Million Business and has firsthand experience of the many challenges and emotional STATES facing Business Leaders on a day to day basis.

The motivation for the Award Winning Enabling Programme was from both personal and business experiences.

Some 10 days after the death of his Daughter Honor 14 years ago he became aware that the use of his own language changed his present EMOTIONAL STATE into a more DESIRABLE STATE. He was naturally, stunned, amazed and curious in how the use of language controlled the mind body connection.

From professional experiences David observed the damaging impact Business Leaders had on employees due to their ownUNDESIRABLE emotional STATE.

David is an experienced Facilitator, Business Mentor, High Performance Coach, Keynote Speaker and Consultant in the Business and Sports world. David has had the privilege working with Football Teams and Managers, including one who has won the FA Premier League Manager of the Year. Clients have included:- ITV, Iron Mountain, KPMG, Scottish Football Association, Bank of Scotland, Maclay Murray & Spens, Glasgow City Council, Scottish Institute of Enterprise and Eden Springs and many SME’s, Media Personalities and Business Owners.
The approach and methodology uses proven techniques which “Shapes the Mindset” for sustainable change resulting in Business organisations like yours to achieve true value creation with all in the DESIRED STATE to serve internal and external customers.

David is a Master Business NLP Practitioner, a Graduate Member and Certified NLP Practitioner with the International NLP Trainers Association and a qualified Practitioner Of Time Line Techniques & Therapy™ along with a Certificate in Counselling Skills.

David has appeared on television and writes articles and features in various newspapers including the Daily Record Business Supplement. David has discussed various issues on TV that have included “How To Cope With Loss” and the Art Of Reframing a “Significant Emotional Event”.

On radio, David was the expert asked to review Business Books and the tragic downfall of Woolworths as well as the Business Benefits on Mentoring in the workplace.

He is also involved with assisting other families / male partners come to terms with neo-natal loss at the Queen Mother’s maternity hospital in (now the southern general hospital) Glasgow, Scotland, and other referral based sources.

David is currently writing a Book with all proceeds going to The Queen Mothers Legacy Fund. The money will be used to train other Men to enable Men come to terms and accept the situation.
